Mailboxes
If a mailbox is damaged during a winter storm event. The mailbox is repaired or replaced if it is physically hit by the snowplow. The mailbox is not replaced if the damage is caused by snow and/or ice that is being plowed to clear the roads.
Parking and Obstruction of Roadway
No vehicles are permitted to be parked on any public roadways/shoulders during a winter storm event. No trash cans or other obstructions may be placed on any public roadways/shoulders during a winter storm event.
Snow Removal
Property owners, occupants or tenants may not dump, throw, shovel, pile or push any snow or ice removed from driveways or walkways into any public roadway. No snow, ice, slush, or a combination thereof, shall be pushed or deposited into any drainage area, stream, culvert or catch basin. No snow, ice, slush, or a combination thereof, shall be pushed or deposited at or near any intersection in a manner or at a location that creates a traffic hazard by impairing visibility from or of a public highway.
